Josh Taylor came round to take pictures and complete paperwork and he was an absolute star. We had already started packing so there are boxes everywhere. We had to move stuff around to take the pictures and he helped with all the shifting. He took some amazing photos that really showed the house at its best. He was professional and not at any time did we feel rushed or as if we were 'just another job'. I would have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone who is going to sell their home. He was a consummate professional.

Myself and husband had been searching to purchase our first property for over 2 years, we visited various estate agents, used award winning digital platforms (that are the current trend) but unfortunately didn't find a suitable property. We decided to visit Haart in Chadwell Heath and without sounding cheesy, we were blown away with the branch atmosphere. As soon we walked in, we were acknowledged right away and made to feel comfortable, the knowledge and selection of properties they had on the market really aided our perception of Haart as a brand. We originally decided to use a bank / external broker for our mortgage but kept it all in house with Haart because of the level of care we received and service provided. We used all services that Rio suggested ie mortgage, home insurance, life protection etc. Rio , Josh , Sharif and kabir are all exceptional personalities who have strengths in different areas which makes their team a real force to be reckoned with. Myself and my husband have so much faith in our business relationship with Haart that we will be referring my brother and colleague too as word of mouth is the best form of advertising in my opinion.
