Candice had complete ownership of buyer validation and viewings culminating in a sale . I received weekly updates from Candice all the way from accepting an offer through to completion. Can you get cheaper? I am sure you can but I had a stress free sale with an agent owning the process from start to finish. Money well spent in my eyes.
