Great service on repairs and a wonderful range of jewellery and watches. Would highly recommend this shop. Lovely staff who listen to what you are looking for.

Really awful service - Dishonest, disrespectful, lies, rubbish work, damage jewellery. Please beware if there was a zero I would choose that! Visit 1: I took my tiffany bracelet to get the heart re-attached as it had twisted off. Orginally quoted £10 and was charged £15, that was not the worst of it. When I got home there was a strange bubble on the blue side. When I took it back the owner came up with a story about how it "may" have happened. I said when i gave it to him this bubble was not on it and yes please fix it back to its original state he said that he will and fix it. Visit 2: I got the call to pick it back up and just quickly looked at the heart and it seemed fixed, better than the large hoop that was added beforehand and no bubble. I got it home and tried it on and it didn't fit. It was a total different bracelet with my safety chain on it. I call the shop and they asked me to bring it back in. Again the owner said he was not sure what was going on that he has had people say before that it was not there item, however as it didn't fit he would get it sorted. At this point all i wanted was "MY" bracelet. Visit 3: I went back a third time and collect my bracelet, which was my bracelet this time and I was told that the shop that fixes the items thought that he would give me a better bracelet as the one I had was old and he didn't know that it had sentimental value!!!! WHAT?????????? I could not believe my ears. How could an honest business owner really think that was ok? and what would make him do business with someone that does not see the value in other peoples property?? I was happy to get my bracelet back and it is still damaged, There was no sorry for the damaging it in the first place, in truth it looks better than the big bubble when i first got it back however it is definally damaged and in worst condition that it was when i gave it to them. I am totally disappointed with the service i received on a whole and the lies and stories that the owner told to cover his back, it was almost like he told so many lies its second nature and the customer is so stupid that i would just believe him. I would not recommend at all. Dishonest, disrespectful, lies and rubbish work and damaged my jewellery. (you can't really see the damage on the picture very well only small heart).

Not very helpful today...advised that watch batteries wont be a service until January. Had previously purchased watches from this establishment on the understanding that batteries would be replaced as required. Three staff in store and no other customers so could easily have helped. Will avoid in future. Replaced five minutes later in the Exchange by a far more amicable chap. Will avoid in future.

Absolutely a fantastic place, the owner proprietor is first class with knowledge and empathy with what the client wants. There is no finer place for jewellery than this establishment. I would wholeheartedly recommend this jewellers and the staff for giving a more than first class service, which is not over charged. One word excellent.

The proprietor of this establishment really knows his stuff and his team are very patient. I went in to buy a small piece of jewellery as a gift and ended up finding out things that really made me sit up and think much more deeply about jewellery than ever before. I also ended up buying a much nicer piece than originally planned and which turned out to be more appropriate for the intended recipient. Thank you, Sivvy, for all the patient kindness and information. I am more grateful than you could ever know.
