This is a great Costa. Stefano makes great drinks.He always maintains a high level of professionalism.The staff and Angelica are all friendly and polite. The air conditioning always works. Never any problems. I always come here after finishing work. Always fresh food and great value.. The seating is also very comfortable and welcoming.
I like this branch of Costa as I have been going there since it first opened. However, I’ve noticed recently that standards have dropped. Tables used to be kept clean all the time but this isn’t the case any more. I tend to collect my drink first thing in the morning and find the tables full of dirt and crumbs. This is off putting to any customer as hygiene should never be compromised. Prices continue to go up yet standards are slipping.
