Had a late lunch on Saturday. The restaurant was clean. The entrance is wheelchair friendly so there shouldn't be any accessibility issues. Service was good. There was an older gentleman who made sure our plates were cleared on time and we had everything we needed. The lighting was good. The food was made to a high standard. Everything was fresh and tasty ????! I would have preferred there to be a hand (finger) washing bowl of water as standard to clean your hands. I know most people will say wash your hands in the loo... duh. My problem with that is you can't leave the loo without touching the door handle or indeed the tap itself. Just a suggestion for future hygiene. That said, we did ask for a bowl of water and the staff were happy to oblige.
Authentic high-quality Turkish food in Romford town centre. Gorgeous indoor seating, and some outdoor seating. Service was good and fast. Portions are a bit small for the prices, but the food was all very delicious. I’d definitely eat here again.
Good l place for small gathering or celebrating any occasion. Food was delicious. Very generous portions combine with well seasoned salad on plate made whole meal really enjoyable. Let's not forget about Cobra beer helping digest all food????. Whole atmosphere in the restaurant is really welcoming and friendly. Nice modern decor and very comfortable seats make you so relax. Thank you. Will be back soon to try other bits on your menu.
A nice restaurant. Very clean. Kind and polite staff. Good prices. The food is good, tasty, a bit colder than it should but okay. Good vibes around the place. In a good location in the Romford market. You can dine in or take away.
Food was good but the items ordered didn’t come together. The food took more than 45 mins to arrive and when asked the manager why it’s taking too long he said they have less chefs in the kitchen. They were doing online orders and restaurant orders which was effecting the customers who was eating in, maybe that’s something they need to improve on. I was impressed with the interior, a clean restaurant and Customer service was good too.
