I have eaten at other Kervan restaurants and have felt the portion sizes are different. I ordered the Kervan Special and it wasn't as expected. Personally I won't be coming back. But do give them a try as what I find annoying may not mean the same for you.
Decent food, I would prefer having bigger portion sizes but the food quality is really good albeit a tiny bit pricey. Service was really good, waiter was happy to chat to us, gave recommendations and was attentive throughout. Will come back again.
This restaurant was very good 3 years ago. It has gone very downhill. Over priced, portions are nothing in comparison to what they used to be. The waiter spent the entire time staring at me and my girlfriend whilst we ate, he was about 2 metres away, it was extremely uncomfortable and made us both want to leave there as quickly as we could. Then to top it all off, he stares her down as she goes to the bathroom. Appalling service, change your staff or train them to be professional.
Went with a friend who lost her husband and a other friend so was the 3 of us It seemed to me they was rushing us as started cleaning table when we was sitting talking and didn't feel comfortable there at all.. I've always felt good in there but this time wasn't pleased with the way it was at all
