I visited Holly’s nail salon and it was beautifully decorated. I was offered a hot drink with biscuit and made to feel welcome. The nail artist checked my nails and gave me feedback. I had actually brought in my own nail polish which they were happy to apply on fingers and toes
Lack of professionalism, booked in advance for a cut and a blow dry as a special occasion and on the day when I arrived they said that the lady who was meant to do my hair was ill and tried to call me to cancel it. Obviously no one called me, most probably took the telephone Number wrong, so one lady which was there said: cannot do much and will have to reschedule and will give me £5 off. This is ridiculous why would I book for future with you if the first experience is already a failure… and as I said was a special occasion so was needed at the time not for the future… definitely not for me this hair salon
I came in here a few week's ago to get my Pedicure done and greeted with Joy, Poppy did such a amazing work on my feet I loved it and would clearly recommend her for Pedicure and she was professional throughout the entire time would definitely recommend her for Pedicures.
I've been here a couple of times now for different services and the ladies here are lovely! Super kind and attentive! Will definitely be going back!
First time coming to this beauty shop. After months of researching a decent beautician I came across Danielle who works here. Wow what a great, dedicated, professional and knowledgeable beautician she is. I had eyebrow tint and wax. Also individual eyelashes. Truly happy with my pamper today. The place was warm, welcoming and friendly, exceptionally clean. I've now booked in for nanoblading for 2 weeks time. Highly recommend Danielle if you're looking for a beautician that actually knows what they are doing. 10/10
