    I have visited a this salon a few times because I have been unable to go into Central to get my nails done. The last time I visited this salon was 11th Feb! I was sooooo unimpressed. Firstly, I called on Wednesday to ask if they have any appointments on Friday for a mani /pedicure. Only a pedicure appointment was available at 4pm so I booked this. I was given the pedicure seat/tank which didn't work correctly. I asked to sit on the other one but it was given to a regular customer 30 min later! The water leaks out, so the waters jets cannot be on. Also, they put excessive amount of bubbles so they stopped the water jets! Everytime the water went down the machine kept making a noise so I asked them to turn it off whilst filling up the water. The amount of times they had to fill up the water at least 5/6 times like I had all the time I the world! I am not living on benefits I work and had a job to go back to! I asked them to turn it jets back on and complained about the noise. The staff said well what do you want me to do about it. Like it isn't my problem. The other staff and customers looking at me like I am nuisance but I am paying a service which is not 100%. I asked if they had manicure appointments because on the phone 2 days before they're fully booked! It took the lady about 20 mins to ask. I was unimpressed but they has a manicure appointment. The staff was more interested is talking to the regular customers rather than giving me a pedicure. When scraping the dead skin off my feet she only concentrated on my food arch. I don't have dead skin there it is on my heel. I kept telling her it hurts. She laughed and said well I need to get the dead skin off right? She didn't touch my heel or anywhere else but I don't know anyone who has dead skin on the arch of their foot. When a customer tells you to stop because it hurts you should listen. Overall, the service was terrible the nail painting was done terribly see the pictures. The service and attitude between local white customers and other races is completely different. I have seen the hidden racism and comment from the staff at me. I am tired of it because guess what I earn money and can afford to pay for the services. I do not expect to be treated like rubbish! I don't have if a pedicure costs me £50 at Westfield but the fact I don't have to experience racism and get treated like a human makes a difference than paying racist staff members. I will never return. Also it has been 6 months or longer and they card machine isn't working and they have to take my card details down! No unprofessional the owner needs to step up and fix these issues ! Poor service literally my feet were not painted correctly. My gel manicure started to chip in two days and not pained correctly. Also, the staff just wanted to finish up for they could wax and tan ! Hmmm guess service is out of the window there

    Such a lovely place staff amazing always helpful never make u feel uncomfortable will go above and beyond to please! Defo worth a visit for all your beauty treatments will 10000% be going back here!!

    OMG what an amazing massage and special facial by Andrea today - she is fantastic the best I have ever had, and I felt so comfortable I would definitely recommend I am booking another very soon for myself and one for my daughter - thanks Andrea xxxx

    So nice to be back! Felt very safe! All staff wearing masks and hand sanitisers throughout the salon. Greeted outside to fill out a quick form and temp taken before entering. Perspex screens at the front desk and between you and the beauticians. Thanks ladies, can’t wait to go back.

    The Heavenly team are amazing and I am a regular customer at this salon. Treatments are exceptional with an extremely friendly, personal and welcoming vibe.
