An excellent visit to a Costa. Efficient and friendly staff. Good service. Tales cleared & cleaned consciencely. One of the best I've experienced.
Poor quality, I'm drinking coffee everyday and I know what means a good coffee, defintly this shop is not doing by standards, they need to be trained again. This is my flatwhite, no creamy valvety milk, this is a latte!
Was horrible experience ???? The waitresses fight between themselves because we went threepeople...myself, my wife and my daughter who has 6 years old, and they didn't let us seat together, even if was space enough ... in the end we're sat separated... my wife and my daughter together and me in another side of room. I get it is about social distancing but was space enough in one of the tables and one of waitresses didn't agree with. So bad experience.... the service was poor and the drinks make in rush because they've been busy at this time. However I Don't recommend anyone ???? ????
Not our first visit. But nothing has improved. A dirty environment. Short staffed and not exactly friendly. Coffee cups dirty, chipped teapots. I asked 2 members of staff for sweeteners and both of them felt the need to go and check the stock as if not believing me. A nice touch would have been for the woman to bring some to our table while she refilled the stock right next to us. Very disappointing.
