    Nice easy parking. Great tasting coffee. When the staff were serving me they were very polite and friendly. While waiting to be served and waiting for my coffee the staff seem to be under pressure, rushing around and abrupt conversations between them. Also they were dealing with drive through customers (on headsets). It made me feel like I was in their way. I was served my drink with an apology for the wait (there wasn't much of a wait). Then the staff had to rush back to dealing with other things. The staff were great but I feel the management of the staff is where the problem is. On reading other reviews on this place there seems to be similar experiences. The shop has a lovely large seating area, nice and bright. I enjoyed my coffee! ????

    I'm not an overly high maintenance customer but I feel that I do need to mention the poor service at this branch of Costa. We made the mistake of going into the store to sit down for a coffee and were largely ignored whilst the staff served the drive through customers ahead of us. All seemed to be wearing headsets and made us feel like we were imposing by asking to be served. When we eventually got our order, it came without cutlery so had to queue up again for five minutes to be ignored for a second time. We're big Costa fans but I'm not likely to come back to this branch again. Unless to use the drive through, of course.

    A rude experience. Had a argument with the man on the headphones. He was literally the rudest man I've spoke too. He was moaning that he couldn't hear my order. He said I was making to much noise in the van. I was making no noise.it was outside and he said it wasn't outside .then noise stopped and made order ok and I said see no noise and you can hear now. No apology. Went to window no apology. Really rude.

    While this used to be a very good costa. It's gone a bit downhill. The supervisor seems to be half involved, and you can hear them arguing on the drive thru most days. Coffee is burnt and service has become super slow on drive thru and inside. 15 mins for a cappuccino... Hire more staff?

    Drive thru, waited to give my order 5 mins wait ( was not busy). I assumed the mic was not working. Drove to the window to be told to drive round even though it would be the same ppl taking my order. Elderly lady being different walked away and said she wanted serve me (refusing to take my order). Second lady was more friendly took my order, I was preparing to pay, told me it was a long day, I understood, till third person, man said I should apologise and go round to take my order (again refusinh my order). Very poor service, very rude. Never going back there again.
