Took dress in to be cleaned cost £10, picked up the following week. When I got home and checked it it had not been touched. Had just been put on hanger and cover in the plastic cover. The dress had a small mark where I had dropped coke on it and the mark was still there as were the creases it had when I took it in. Disgusting, conning owner.
